Wish Upon A Star: Toy Drive at BHS

By Rachel Reisman

toy drive starMaking a wish list for the holiday season is something that almost every kid looks forward to. The Interact Club here at Briarcliff High School has joined together with the Salvation Army’s Wish Upon a Star Program in the mission to bring gifts to children who are less fortunate. Students have the opportunity to choose a silver star that has a child’s gender, age and the toy the child would like for the holidays. The gift should be returned to Mrs. Comblo, unwrapped with the original star attached. Donations are due by December 14.

“The manner of giving is worth more than the gift.” -Pierre Corneille
