Volume 67, Issue I
New Girl: Yes, friends, New Girl is back for its sixth season. This new season begins with a bang as Cece and Shmidt are newly wed and Jess still has feelings for Nick, who is entering a long distance relationship with Reagan. New Girl is on Tuesdays at 8:30.
Scream Queens: Directly following New Girl’s slot on Fox, Scream Queens is back with a brand new sto- ry and a new slimy green serial killer. Not interested? Remember, John Stamos plays a doctor this season. I’d be interested if I were you.
Jane the Virgin: Last season left quite the cliffhanger after Jane and Michael’s wedding when Michael was shot (I warned you of the spoilers). I am personally very excited to see where this season will go. Season three premiered October 17th at 9 on The CW.
American Horror Story: The last season of AHS, premiered September 14th at 10. Taking a different approach, this season mimics a docu-series and reality show and is inspired by the Lost Colony of Roanoke. Tune in Wednesdays on FX.
Empire: Its third season premiered September 21st, drawing millions of viewers. Known to be a “hip hop soap opera,” Empire is a melodramatic family saga set around the music industry. Tune in Wednesdays at 9 to see Terrence Howard slay in this third season of this award winning show.
